There’s something magical about Sunday weddings. We can never explain it, but there’s this calming, peaceful steadiness in the air. Candace and Otis were an absolute joy to work with, they were open to our ideas and had some great ideas of their own from their engagement session to Candace’s bridal portraits. We captured their “first look” in Proximity Hotel’s Bridal Suite. It was evident that Candace and Otis are the core of a large, loving family. We were honored to document this milestone in their lives.

The fabulous Proximity Hotel, a gorgeous Vera Wang gown, shoes to die for and one STUNNING bride! I think in all of the history of CharlesMedia’s bridal portraits this was one definitely for the books. Despite a few wardrobe malfunctions and a cut knee 🙂 we are able to show off some pretty AHH-mazing images! Candace was flawless and we can’t wait to share images from her beautiful day with handsome hubby Otis!

It’s great to work with clients over the years and grow with them as their relationships and families grow. We enjoy capturing their milestone moments over time. We were lucky to be there for Kia and Shaun’s Engagement, Wedding and Maternity photos. Always fun catching up with them! We shot them at their home in Huntersville NC, and then at a park in Kannapolis, NC.
We added a little behind the scenes footage to their slideshow and presented it to them as a surprise!
